With Engineers arriving at site early on the Saturday morning to commence work, they were quickly able to remove the old extraction unit and then start to assemble the New equipment. The mounting of the 55kw Motor on the New system has been changed to allow for much easier access as regards any maintenance work required. By early afternoon Saturday the New system was in place and tested.
The New Extraction unit has now been running for 2 weeks and our feedback from the customer is most encouraging, with them stating that the New unit is not only very much quieter but with it being a lot more efficient it has reduced the running current of the Motor significantly which will obviously start to make savings on their energy costs.
